Wall Panels

Our team of experienced wall panel designers and fabricators transform architectural drawings into factory-built wall framing systems. We eliminate jobsite waste, reduce framing time, increase quality and consistency and correct dimensional errors before they happen.

Our highly experienced designers will coordinate with your window, door, fireplace and other vendors to make sure the panels are properly designed to work with all of the rough openings and other trades. The process of designing the panels exposes other framing conflicts that we can correct “on paper” rather than in the field.

Some of the resistance to wall panels is that “stick framing is better quality”. We manufacture in a climate controlled plant, with computerized saws and computerized framing, squaring and sheathing tables. Our guns nail the sheathing in the precise pattern specified by the engineer of record. (Last time I checked, your car was manufactured in a plant, not out in the weather!)

Another big plus is that wall panels helps with the serious issue of the labor shortage. By using wall panels, you can take a typical framing crew and split them into two or three crews. The need for framers is reduced. A good layout person and helpers is all that is necessary. By splitting the crews and framing more homes in a shorter cycle time, this will increase production capacity exponentially.

Our Subfloor and Sheathing line includes Huber AdvanTech®, Weyerhaeuser iLevel® Edge Gold, and standard grade OSB.
